1. Knee Circles

  • Take up the starting position by stretching the feet out to shoulder diameter aside.
  • Lean down forward moderately.
  • Turn round the knees clockwise, keep back the feet level on the ground. Make sure to change the position, while holding the hip motion to least.
  • Perform 5 to 10 repetitions on both sides.

2. Standing Dumbbell Calf Raises

  • Set up with your feet diameter wider and toes directing forward. Allow your arms to drop to one side by grabbing the dumbbells.
  • Gradually raise your heels off the ground without curving your knees. Take a grip and lower to the beginning position. Repeat the exercise for as many times as possible.

3. Jump Squats

  • Bow the knees and come to squat position, and make sure that the knee does not bow exceeding the toes.
  • Leap up the feet hopping as many times as possible by stretching the arms in the direction of ceiling.
  • Go back into squat posture and repeat 8 to 10 sets.

4. Jumping Jacks

  • Rise up your feet hip diameter separately and arms to one side.
  • Bounce by stretching the feet apart and arms above high.
  • Before lowering, come to the beginning position.
  • This is exactly 1 hop. Repeat 2 to 3 sets of 10 repetitions.

5. Downward Facing Dog

  • Stand and keep your palms flat on the ground underside of the toes, and reverse parallel to the ground. Hold your knees right below your hips and wrist below the shoulders.
  • Thrust the toes and palms to raise the hips above. This position is like V shape. Breathe out while doing this exercise. Bend the right knee, while the left leg is erect and shove the left foot even on the ground.
