You can include beans as per your choice either in breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can combine it with scrambled egg whites, or prepare a soup as per your choice.


Another soluble fiber rich ingredient is oat which you can intake in versatile option. Flavored oats available in the markets are good options in this regard. Oat flour can be used to make muffins or pancakes in replacement of regular flour.
