Fat

Now, people tend to believe that all fat is bad for health. Even the ectomorphs do not care for fat that much. Carbohydrates

Therefore chose the right carbohydrates or the complex carbohydrates, like brown bread, brown rice, brown pasta, sweet potatoes, yams, bagels among other things. You should eat more since you will not bulk up as easily as the rest of the world.

Protein

You cannot ignore this as it is the foundation on which you might build your body. But it will be better if you opt for lean protein which will help you to have lean muscle. Add Turkey, fish, chicken, lean steaks, even protein shakes to your diet.

Also you must eat plenty of vegetables and fruits in your diet. These are also quite necessary for your body.
