Sacred Heart Diet – A Plan To Lose 10-17 Pounds Within A Week

Sacred Heart DietThis sacred heart diet is 7 day eating plan and it can be used often when you like.

It will clean all your system of impurities present in your body and makes you to attain the feeling of well being.

By following this sacred heart diet plan for 7 days, you will start to feel lighter by at least 10 pounds and you will also experience a plenty of energy.

Method of preparation of the soup which is used in sacred heart diet:

Ingredients:

  • 1 or 2 cans of stewed tomatoes
  • 3 plus large green onions
  • 1 kg lipton soup mix (chicken noodle)
  • 1 large can of beef broth (no fat)
  • 2 cans green beans
  • 1 bunch of celery
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 lbs carrots

Method of preparation:

  • Season with pepper curry, salt, parsley, if desired, or bouillon, hot or Worcestershire sauce.
  • Cut all veggies into small pieces.
  • Cover with water and boil fast for 10 minutes.
  • Reduce to simmer and continue to cook until veggies are tender.

In the 7 days sacred heart diet plan you should prefer to drink unsweetened juices, coffee, tea (herbal), cranberry juice, skimmed milk and lots of water.

The seven days plan for sacred heart diet:

Day 1:

  • Eat any fruit except bananas.
  • Try to eat cantaloupes and watermelon, which are lower in calories.
  • Eat only fruits and soup in the entire day.

Day 2:

  • You should prefer to eat vegetables.
  • Eat until you get stuffed with raw, cooked and canned veggies.
  • Stay away from peas, dry beans and corn.
  • Try to eat leafy green veggies along with soup.
  • Reward yourself with butter and big baked potato at the dinner time.
  • Avoid eating the fruits through out the day.

Day 3:

  • Eat all the soup, veggies and fruits.
  • Don’t take baked potato and butter.

Day 4:

  • Take bananas and skimmed milk in this day.
  • Consume as much as milk and soup you want.
  • Try to eat at least 3 bananas in the entire day.

Day 5:

  • Take beef and tomatoes in this day.
  • You can consume 10 to 20 ounces of beef in this day.
  • Consume a can of tomatoes (not less than 6) in the entire day.
  • Try to eat soup at least once in the entire day.

Day 6:

  • Take Beef and veggies in this day.
  • Eat as much as beef and veggies you want in the entire day.
  • Try to eat soup at least once in the entire day.

Day 7:

  • In this day take brown rice, veggies, unsweetened fruit juice and soup.
  • If you can’t eat the brown rice directly, add cooked veggies to that rice if you wish.
