For this you will need two tablespoons of olive oil, 700 grams of casserole steaks, two onions, 5 cloves of crushed garlic, 2 carrots, 3 stalks of celery, four pieces of bacon, one sausage, four bay leaves, some rosemary, sage leaves, some balsamic vinegar, red wine, beef stock, a can of tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, pepper, corn flour and 400 grams of Rigatoni.

Combine all the ingredients with the exception of rigatoni inside a casserole or a roast tray. Cook inside the oven for 50-70 minute until the meat is done. Serve with boiled rigatoni.

Macaroni Bolognese

This is one of the easy recipes to make. You will need 200 grams of minced meat, some olive oil, a can of diced tomatoes, an onion, a teaspoon of garlic, Italian herbs, brown sugar, pepper, beefstock, tomato paste, dried macaroni, and cheese. Combine all the ingredients, except for the cheese, inside a pan bring to the boiling point and then let it cook for 30 minutes or until the meat inside the sauce is done. Serve with macaroni boiled al dente.

The ingredients for the crust include butter, low fat milk, salt, egg yolk, and some all-purpose flour. The filling will require olive oil, green onions, spinach, low fat milk, smoked Gouda cheese, salt, nutmeg, and eggs. Combine the crust ingredients and place the dough in the fridge for 10 minutes. Prepare the filling by combining all the ingredients and mixing them well. Roll the crust and place it on a pie shape, fill with mixture of ingredients and cook in the oven for 30-35 minutes.

Make sure you have some sweet potatoes, granulated sugar, cinnamon, salt, pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, vanilla extract, an egg white and two packages of mini phyllo shells. Mix all the ingredients and fill the phyllo shells, place in the oven and bake until the mixture is firm and the shells are slightly brown.
