  • Take a mixing bowl, combine egg whites, milk, food coloring, salt, onion and pepper with fork.
  • Coat a 9 inch baking dish with no stick cooking spray.
  • Place rice or potatoes in a mound and flatten way in the centre of the dish.
  • Pour over the egg mixture overall the top with cheese.
  • Add chopped green pepper, red pepper and tomato on it.
  • Bake this at 350 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes.

  • 3 lb boneless chicken pieces, halved
  • 10 oz gruyere cheese
  • All purpose flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 tbsp water approximately
  • 1 c dry bread crumbs
  • Cholesterol free oil for frying

Method of preparation of this cholesterol free diet:

  • Take a waxed paper; place the chicken between the two pieces of waxed paper.
  • Working out from center, pound to form as cutlets.
  • Remove wrap, cut the gruyere cheese into 6 sticks.
  • Place a stick at the end of each cutlet.
  • Roll the meat as for jelly roll, by tucking sides. Seal well.
  • Coat each role with flour.
  • Dip in the mixture of water and beaten egg.
  • Then roll in bread crumbs. Chill the chicken for1 to 2 hours.
  • After 1 to 2 hours, fry chicken at 350 degrees for about 2 minutes or until it obtains golden brown color on all sides.
  • Drain this on the paper towel. Paper towel will help to absorb the excess oil present around the chicken stuff.
  • After taking off from paper towel, bake the chicken at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
