7-day cabbage soup diet plan:

On day two you can eat any vegetable that you want, including canned, fresh, or raw along with cabbage soup. Eat until you feel full.

One day three you can eat any amount of fruits and vegetables that you want along with cabbage soup. Here baked potatoes are not allowed. If you correctly follow the plan for three days you will definitely lose 4-7 pounds within three days.

On day four eat eight bananas and drink a lot of skim milk, and eat as much soup as you want.

On the day five eat six tomatoes and 10-20 ounces of meat and soup.

On the day six, eat vegetables and meat or fish with soup. Eat the same quantity as in day five.

On the final day of cabbage soup diet, eat brown rice, vegetables and drink unsweetened fruit juice.

Eat the food until you are satisfied. At last if you follow the cabbage soup diet correctly then you can lose 10-17 pounds.

In addition to daily foods, you need to make your soup. Make the soup in large quantities and keep it in refrigerator. Whenever you feel the urge to eat, simply warm it up.

Side effects of cabbage soup diet:
